Compensation: Competitive Pay (Based on Experience)
You will work directly with our Construction Manager to complete projects on time and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Manage a daily work schedule and assigned project tasks
- Assist with pool renovations including plaster, tile, decking, and paver work
- Perform basic electrical work (110v and 220v equipment)
- Maintain and manage inventory on your company truck
- Properly utilize and replenish tools and materials as needed
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- High school diploma preferred
- Company truck provided (fully stocked with tools and inventory)
