Pool Service & Repair Manager
America’s Swimming Pool Company (ASP) of Edmond
ASP of Edmond is seeking an experienced Pool Service & Repair Manager to join our growing team. This position combines hands-on pool equipment repair with leadership, scheduling, customer service, estimating, and oversight of our service operations.
The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, organized, and comfortable working independently while also helping lead and support other team members. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and shares our commitment to providing resort-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace swimming pool equipment.
- Install and service pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, salt systems, cleaners, blowers, lighting, automation systems, timers, valves, and PVC plumbing.
- Troubleshoot 110V and 220V pool equipment and electrical components within the scope of the position.
- Prepare and communicate repair recommendations and estimates to customers.
- Help schedule and coordinate service calls, repairs, pool openings, pool closings, and other service work.
- Provide technical support and direction to team members when needed.
- Follow up on service issues and help ensure work is completed correctly and efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to improve a customer's pool system through equipment upgrades, automation, energy-efficient equipment, or other products and services.
- Maintain accurate service notes, photos, and job information using our mobile software.
- Maintain an organized and properly stocked company service vehicle.
- Monitor parts and equipment needs and replenish inventory as necessary.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment conditions, repair options, and recommended solutions.
- Follow company safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
- Help maintain a high standard of workmanship, customer service, and accountability throughout the service department.
Qualifications

3–5 years of swimming pool equipment repair/service experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of residential pool pumps, filters, heaters, automation, plumbing, and related equipment.
- Working knowledge of 110V and 220V pool equipment.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to diagnose problems and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile service software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work outdoors in Oklahoma weather conditions.
- Ability to safely lift and move equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
Compensation & Benefits
$20.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Top pay is available for highly qualified candidates.
