Job Responsibilities
- Test and balance pool water, and safely manage a stock of pool chemicals
- Identify when pool equipment is not operating properly and report repair needs to the office
- Provide superior customer service
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Interact with our job-management app throughout the day by following a checklist, and taking before, during, and after pictures of your work

Qualifications
Essential:
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Enthusiastic about working with a team
- Passionate about problem solving and providing solutions
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Smartphone savvy
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Can lift and carry 50 lb
Ideal:
- Experience with swimming pools
- Customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage a busy and complex schedule
Compensation and Benefits
- $19.50/hour to start with opportunity for a raise after 90-day probation
