- Diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment issues, including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, salt systems, and plumbing components
- Inspect pool systems and identify potential failures before they become major issues
- Perform repairs and recommend corrective actions based on findings
- Document observations, diagnoses, and completed work
- Communicate technical information clearly to customers and team members
- Prioritize service calls and develop effective solutions in the field
- Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service
- Renovation experience – preferred, not required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical systems
- Ability to think independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Experience with pool equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, automotive repair, maintenance, or a related trade is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks as required
