Compensation: Competitive Base + Commission + Performance Bonuses
- Meet with prospective clients to assess outdoor project needs
- Develop and present designs, proposals, and estimates
- Close deals and consistently hit revenue targets
- Maintain clear, professional communication throughout the customer journey
- Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals
- Oversee projects from sale through completion
- Coordinate crews, materials, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Maintain high-quality standards on every job
- Handle on-site problem-solving as needed
- Work closely with ownership and field teams
- Help improve systems, processes, and efficiency
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance team environment
- Proven sales ability with closing experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor services (preferred)
- Ability to read or create basic designs (a plus)

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
