We’re looking for a driven, personable Sales & Project Manager who thrives on closing deals, managing projects, and delivering an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Client Experience
  •  Meet with prospective clients to assess outdoor project needs 
  •  Develop and present designs, proposals, and estimates 
  •  Close deals and consistently hit revenue targets 
  •  Maintain clear, professional communication throughout the customer journey 
  •  Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals 
Project Management
  •  Oversee projects from sale through completion 
  •  Coordinate crews, materials, and subcontractors 
  •  Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget 
  •  Maintain high-quality standards on every job 
  •  Handle on-site problem-solving as needed 
Team Collaboration
  •  Work closely with ownership and field teams 
  •  Help improve systems, processes, and efficiency 
  •  Contribute to a positive, high-performance team environment 
What We’re Looking For
  •  Proven sales ability with closing experience 
  •  Strong communication and customer service skills 
  •  Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects 
  •  Experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor services (preferred) 
  •  Ability to read or create basic designs (a plus) 
  •  Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven 
  •  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
