ASP is looking for a friendly, reliable Office Assistant to help keep our busy pool service operation running smoothly. If you enjoy talking to people, staying organized, and being the calm voice that customers can count on, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide a warm, professional first impression
- Take detailed customer intake information from calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Enter leads and service requests into our system accurately
- Help schedule appointments and route information to the right team members
- Assist with light administrative duties to keep the office organized
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient phone presence
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Ability to type quickly while listening and take clear notes
- Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to help customers
- Prior office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Profiency with Quickbooks, and Google Calendar & Docs a plus but not required

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
