You will be responsible for quoting, selling, and coordinating the sales elements of the Service segment of the ASP business. This includes
- Meeting or exceeding Service sales targets by
- Responding to incoming leads for new business
- Managing and responding to incoming Alerts from field technicians
- Calling past or potential clients to follow up on sales opportunities
- Working closely with the Maintenance Manager to follow-up on Alerts and ensure successful implementation and execution of sold services
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them, understanding their needs, and presenting them with necessary and beneficial options to improve their pool’s functionality
- Setting realistic expectations with clients related to costs and scheduling for all Service work
- Conducting market research to stay current on industry trends and sales strategies
Qualifications

- 2 or more years of sales experience
- Experience in the swimming pool industry
- Experience providing customer service

- $50,000 annual base salary + commission
- Use of a company vehicle for work
