- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the pool service department
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations
- Perform pool equipment repairs, troubleshooting, and diagnostics as needed
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to service technicians
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of service and repair work
- Inspect completed work and maintain quality standards
- Prepare professional repair quotes and recommendations for customers
- Communicate repair options, findings, and project updates clearly and professionally
- Maintain inventory of parts, equipment, and supplies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues in a timely manner
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new technicians
- Maintain company safety standards and procedures
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on pool equipment repair experience required
- Strong knowledge of pool pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, salt systems, and related equipment
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prepare accurate, professional repair quotes and customer communications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- CPO certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to lift equipment and work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
