Compensation: Competitive Pay (Based on Experience)
- Perform routine pool maintenance and service tasks
- Operate power tools and hand tools as needed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service to customers
- Manage your assigned service route efficiently
- Handle equipment and basic maintenance tasks
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Represent the company professionally in the field
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Experience with power tools and hand tools (preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Company truck provided (fully stocked with tools and inventory)
