What You’ll Do

- Master Water Chemistry: Test and balance water to keep it safe and inviting.
- Spot Equipment Issues: Be the hero who catches problems before they become big headaches.

What We’re Looking For
- Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required, ensuring reliability and responsibility on the road.
- Physical Capability: Candidates should be able to lift weights of up to 100 lbs, indicating a need for physical fitness and endurance.
- Self-Motivated Attitude: We seek individuals who are not only self-driven but also bring a positive spirit to the team, displaying enthusiasm and dedication to their work.
If this is you and No experience? No problem! We provide extensive training to set you up for success. Paid Training for two weeks, A CPO License is a plus but not required. 1st raise after 30 days and again 60 days later.

Compensation: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
ASP is the nation’s largest and most trusted swimming pool cleaning franchise system with 257 locations across 20 states. Each location is independently owned and operated by a small business owner. Our locations experienced professionals service over 420,000,000 gallons of water each week— always with reliable, friendly service and a flat, affordable rate.

He drives the company’s vision of increasing efficiency and lowering prices with a proven system and technological advances which each location employs. For example, ASP’s proprietary software platform, Pool Ops®, automatically emails our clients a weekly digital report after each visit that includes the time of service, services performed, chemical balance, chemicals added, and a picture of the clean swimming pool.
