Pool Maintenance Technician
ASP – America’s Swimming Pool Company is hiring a full-time Pool Maintenance Technician.
If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in doing a job right, and want a position with paid training, a company vehicle, no nights or weekends, and clear earning potential, this could be a great fit for you.
Pay and Training
We want every applicant to clearly understand how pay works:
Paid Training
- $17 per hour
- 40 hours per week
- 2 full weeks of paid training
- Includes both on-the-job and classroom training
After Training
- First 30 days after training: $18 per pool
- 50 pools per week = $900 per week
After First 30 Days Post-Training
- $19 per pool
- Guaranteed minimum of 50 pools per week
- Minimum earnings of $950 per week
- Opportunity to earn more
This position offers a clear path from paid training into steady weekly earnings.

What You’ll Do
As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will keep customer pools clean, safe, and ready to enjoy.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining swimming pools
- Testing and balancing water chemistry
- Skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and emptying baskets
- Inspecting pool equipment and reporting issues
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Using our mobile platform to manage your route and service visits
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working independently outdoors.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to handle physical outdoor work
- Ability to lift and move equipment, tools, and supplies as needed
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
No pool experience required.

What We’re Looking For

If this is you and No experience? No problem! We provide extensive training to set you up for success. Paid Training for two weeks, A CPO License is a plus but not required. 1st raise after 30 days and again 60 days later.
