ASP – America’s Swimming Pool Company of Austin is seeking a dynamo office manager 20-30 hours per week to help us keep up with demand and provide top notch customer service! We are looking for a multi-talented team member who will handle customer requests and service inquiries, manage billing and collections, assist with employee recruitment and on-boarding, and various other office related duties.

Responsibilities include:

Has a knack for developing systems and processes
Manages billing and accounts receivables/collections
Assists with scheduling service calls
Manages inbound calls, texts and emails and responds in a timely and professional manner
Assists with HR duties including job postings, on-boarding, background checks and references
Oversees ordering supplies and managing inventory
Assists with implementing marketing and advertising
Experience with QuickBooks and producing financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, A/R Summary)
Willingness to learn swimming pool industry and pool operations

Requirements:

Requirements for this position are that you have:

(1) At least 1 year of office management and/or accounting experience; swimming pool industry-related experiences preferred; and
(2) a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Bonus Potential:

This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year.
